The Project is organized in a cross shape, with 4 apartments per floor
spinning around the central staircase, maximizing the usable area and
the views of the lagoon.
22 apartments in total, emphasizing the use of natural materials: Con-
cret, wood, ceramics as much as the quality of the common areas
