With these elements, and on a very narrow plot on the main promenade of Badalona, right by the beach, this family house makes the most of the maximum height permitted by law, to create a void connecting every floor from the roof to the basement. This feature turns the centre of the house into a theatre full of life, every floor and balustrade appear like theatre stalls from where you can witness family life passing by.
