This is the first stage of a highly ambitious transformation, the metamorphosis of a hotel in a beach resort near Barcelona from 3 to 4 stars.
This first stage implies the creation of an underground spa, which affects the building’s existing structure to a great extent, as the space for a pool needed to be excavated in the current foundations.
As in many previous occasions, light is used as the main aim of the project, this time in the shape of an enormous lamp that runs from the reception to the end of the pool made of illuminated stainless steel fabric panels which connect all the different spaces of the SPA.
